Whether you are considering renovating an investment to achieve a higher rent roll or converting an apartment complex into condominiums, Field West has the expertise and resources to help. We hold a Class B license and have extensive experience with the apartment/condo conversion process including financing, condo mapping and working with the City on zoning requirements.

We are currently working on two North Boulder homes. One is a transitional-style home featuring green design elements such as radiant heat, reclaimed siding and beetle kill pine trim.
