Field West is a construction firm that provides services throughout the building process, from concept development through the day you move into your new home. Our hands-on involvement and frequent communication ensure that quality work is being performed in accordance with the timelines and budgets we have agreed upon with our clients.
We have the flexibility to build from existing plans or pull together a team of trusted partners who can help with all aspects of your build or remodel project, including finding land, securing financing, drafting plans, and designing and decorating your new home. Both Field West and our subcontractors are fully licensed and insured in the State of Colorado, so you can rest assured that your project is in good hands.
From traditional to contemporary, Field West has experience building all types of homes. We maintain current knowledge of the ever-changing building regulations across Colorado and work with residential home energy raters and architects to incorporate necessary components so your project adheres to code and moves along as scheduled.
When renovating or adding to your space, it is important to consider the flow of the floorplan with the desired future use, so you achieve your goals while maintaining a seamless feel. Field West has experience retrofitting and expanding both residential and commercial spaces to create vibrant and fresh finishes that reflect the personality of the new occupants.
Whether you are considering renovating an investment to achieve a higher rent roll or converting an apartment complex into condominiums, Field West has the expertise and resources to help. We hold a Class B license and have extensive experience with the apartment/condo conversion process including financing, condo mapping and working with the City on zoning requirements.
We are currently working on two North Boulder homes. One is a transitional-style home featuring green design elements such as radiant heat, reclaimed siding and beetle kill pine trim. Another modern-style home will include an arched metal roof and open metal staircase. Check back with us for more new projects for 2011.
